NGO Darpan is an independent technology platform built to help NGOs, Trusts, Societies, Section 8 companies, FPOs, SHGs and Foundations operate, fundraise and stay compliant. It is not the official portal of the NITI Aayog "NGO Darpan" or any Government of India department. Any reference to government schemes, registrations or filings is informational only.
2. No legal, tax or financial advice
Content on the Platform, including compliance reminders, document templates and grant matches, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals (CA, CS, legal counsel) before acting on any information.
3. Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party providers including but not limited to Razorpay (payments), Google (Google for Nonprofits / Ad Grants), WhatsApp Business, telecom partners and AI providers. We are not responsible for downtime, billing or policies of these third parties.
4. Donation processing
When donors contribute to campaigns on the Platform, funds are settled directly to the receiving NGO's registered bank account through the payment gateway. Deshaj Darpan Media Pvt. Ltd is not a custodian of donor funds and does not issue 80G receipts for donations made to NGOs — receipts are issued by the receiving NGO under its own 80G registration.
5. AI-generated content
Content generated by AI (proposals, captions, posters, calls) should be reviewed by the user before publication or use. The Platform is not liable for errors, omissions or unintended outputs in AI-generated content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Deshaj Darpan Media Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
