Data we collect
NGO and user profile data (name, email, phone, role, NGO registration numbers), donor data uploaded by you, payment metadata via Razorpay, and product usage analytics.
How we use it
To deliver the platform, process payments, send transactional and compliance notifications, improve features and support you. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. Payment details are tokenised by the gateway and never stored on our servers.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@ngodarpan.org.in.
