These Terms govern your use of NGO Darpan, operated by Deshaj Darpan Media Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of the NGO you register, and that the NGO is lawfully constituted in India or another jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
No spam, fraud, money-laundering, hate speech, or violation of TRAI/DND norms. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
