This Refund Policy applies to payments made on the NGO Darpan platform operated by Deshaj Darpan Media Pvt. Ltd (deshajdarpan.ltd). By making a payment you agree to the terms below.
1. NGO enrollment fee (₹100)
The one-time enrollment fee of ₹100 covers identity verification, dashboard provisioning and onboarding services. It is non-refundable once the dashboard has been activated. If activation fails due to a technical issue from our side, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
2. Membership plans (Silver / Golden / Diamond / Platinum)
- 7-day money-back window: If you cancel within 7 days of a new membership and have not consumed paid AI credits, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing cycle. You may cancel renewal at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the cycle ends.
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds (less an admin fee of 5%) are available within the first 30 days only.
3. AI usage credits
AI calling minutes, video/image generation credits and SMS/WhatsApp packs are non-refundable once purchased, but unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
4. Donations to NGOs
Donations made by donors to NGOs through campaigns on the Platform are processed directly to the receiving NGO and are non-refundable through NGO Darpan. If a donor wishes to request a refund, they must contact the receiving NGO directly. The NGO will issue refunds at its discretion in compliance with applicable laws.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund within the eligibility window above, please email billing@ngodarpan.org.in or WhatsApp +91 99903 21098 with:
- Registered NGO name and account email
- Payment reference / Razorpay payment ID
- Reason for refund
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment instrument within 7–10 working days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved within 48 hours. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the NGO's account.
